The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GolfConnect does not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided content, course information, or coaching credentials. Use of the App is at your own risk. GolfConnect is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from connections made through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
GolfConnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
